WHERE NOTHING GOES TO WASTE

The Environmental Issue

The ProblemAccording to The EPA's latest (2008) report on municipal solid waste (MSW), the U.S. still lags far behind most developed countries when it comes to glass recycling.
Glass containers discarded in MSW approximates 10.05 million tons per year. It is estimated to cost taxpayers a whopping $290 million a year to dispose of those glass containers.
Communities and their taxpayers no longer need to incur the financial cost or cost to the environment caused by disposing of this waste glass unnecessarily.
